Is it free?
Yes, Zealy is free.
Why is the XP displayed in the leaderboard different from the one on my profile?
The XP in the leaderboard is your total XP, while the XP in the XP bar shows how far you have left to reach the next level, which means it only shows the XP gained since the last level.
Is there a maximum image size for quest submission?
5.0 MB (1:1 square)... that's the magic number and size
Can I disconnect my wallet and connect another one?
Absolutely! To change your connected wallet, simply navigate to your profile and disconnect the current wallet. Then, connect the new wallet that you would like to use. Don't worry, all of your progress and information will be saved and transferred to the new wallet seamlessly.
Can I disconnect the Twitter account and connect another one?
While it is possible to use the same Twitter account to log in to multiple Zealy profiles, please keep in mind that if you have already claimed a quest with that Twitter account in one profile, you will not be able to claim it again in another profile using the same account. Therefore, it is recommended that you use a different Twitter account for each Zealy profile to ensure that you have access to all of the available quests.
What should I do if I haven't received my rewards yet?
If you haven't received your rewards yet, it's best to reach out to the community you participated in. Please note that the distribution of rewards is the responsibility of each individual community, and not Zealy. Contacting the community administrators or moderators will allow you to get more information on the status of your rewards and the timeline for distribution.
